At Oakhurst Pediatrics, our goal is to see patients on time and keep your wait time to a minimum. To achieve this, we require that all appointments be scheduled prior to visiting our office. To help us schedule your appointment appropriately, please let us know the nature of your concerns and if you believe you will require additional time to discuss further issues.
We offer self-scheduling for well child check-up visits. You can go on the portal to find and choose an available date/time for your provider. If you do not see any available appointments, please be sure that your desired date is within 90 days. If you are still unable to schedule an appointment, please call to speak to our scheduler. Please be aware that all other visits -sick visits, ADHD check-ins, nurse visits, etc. – will still need to be scheduled by calling the office or sending a request through the portal.

Appointments will be verified two days prior to your scheduled appointment time. During this confirmation call, you will have the ability to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments can also be canceled or rescheduled via the Oakhurst Pediatrics patient portal.
