We know that your time is important. To ensure that you have sufficient time with your doctor, we do not routinely overbook appointments. To keep our schedule running as smoothly as possible, we request that you arrive on time. If you are unable to make your appointment at the scheduled time, please call our office to let us know.
If you are going to be late, please let us know as soon as you can. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment in order to continue to see our other patients in a timely fashion.

If you need to cancel an appointment we ask that you give us 24-hours notice. In most cases, an appointment canceled with less than 24-hrs notice will count as a no-show.

If you are going to be late, please let us know as soon as possible. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment we ask that you give us at least 24-hours notice. An appointment canceled within 24-hours, or an appointment that needs to be rescheduled due to a late arrival will count as a no-show and be subject to a $25 fee.
