We appreciate the interest in our practice and hope that we can provide the best pediatric care for your child. As a small practice, we reached capacity quickly and are now only accepting a limited number of newborn babies each month. These spots tend to fill up quickly, so please make sure to register your baby in advance of his or her expected due date. You may email our practice manager at manager@oakhurstpediatrics.com to find out if we have space when your baby is due. We are only adding patients with the following insurance plans listed here. You may also call the office to verify that your insurance is accepted.

New patients can obtain a username and password for our patient portal prior to your first appointment by calling our office. This will allow you to enter in your basic demographic information and insurance information prior to your appointment, which should help to decrease your check-in time.
We would also appreciate if you could have your records from previous pediatricians faxed to our office in order to give us time to review your child’s history and update their chart. If you havea copy of your child’s most recent immunization record, please bring it with you to your first appointment so we have the most up-to-date information.
