We request that routine questions wait until the office is open, and that our after-hours line be used for emergencies only. When calling during office hours your question will first be handled by one of our nurses. If needed, the issue will be forwarded to your pediatrician for review and a return call. We are also accessible for questions during office hours via the patient portal which sends email messages directly to your pediatrician. We will be checking these messages routinely during regular office hours. However, we will not be checking messages routinely after-hours, so this method of communication should only be used for non-urgent questions
