Refill needs should always be submitted through the patient portal.

1.  Log in to the patient portal here

After you log in you will see,

2.  Click on the send a message box,

3.  Choose your provider and then choose the prescriptions and refills option in the drop down menu. In the message section list the name of the medication you are requesting and the name of the pharmacy that you use. The doctor will confirm via the portal that your prescription has been called in.
